Graduate Technician Trainee – Power (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join Aggreko’s 12‑month Graduate Technician Programme in Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh or Jeddah. You will gain hands‑on experience maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems of power generators and related equipment, working both in the depot and on‑site at high‑profile events and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical components of power generators.
• Troubleshoot generator and power‑equipment faults on‑site and in the depot.
• Support large‑scale events such as Formula 1 Jeddah and the Sound Storm Festival.
• Assist with complex projects including the Red Sea development and refinery backup power.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to ensure safe, reliable power delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred).
• Technical knowledge or experience in mechanical/electrical engineering, ideally power generation.
• Passionate about mechanical or electrical engineering and highly motivated.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
• Business‑level English proficiency.
• Saudi national graduate.
