Graphic Designer – Events & Branding

About the role

A-Z Experience is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join its Graphics & Branding team in Jeddah. You will develop visual materials for proposals, events, exhibitions and brand activations, turning concepts into clear, consistent visual systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design presentation pages, key visuals, event identities, signage, digital assets and branded collateral from concept to hand‑over.
• Translate approved creative concepts and client brand guidelines into visual systems across print, large‑format and event environments.
• Use AI‑assisted design and image‑generation tools for concept exploration and image enhancement.
• Coordinate dimensions, placements and technical requirements with Experiential Design, 3D, Finalization, Project Management and Production teams.
• Prepare mock‑ups, maintain organized editable files, and ensure typography, hierarchy and image quality are consistent before review.
• Support material samples, print reviews and on‑site visual adjustments as needed.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of graphic‑design experience, preferably in events, branding, advertising or creative agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, presentation design and visual development.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted creative and image‑generation tools.
