GRC Specialist – IT Risk & Compliance (Immediate Join)

About the role

Müller's Solutions is looking for an experienced GRC Specialist to lead a SAMA‑aligned IT Risk and Compliance assessment programme. You will design and implement governance frameworks, policies and controls to meet Saudi Arabian financial regulator requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Project Charter and detailed Project Plan.
• Conduct current‑state and maturity assessments and produce formal reports.
• Design an IT Governance Framework aligned with SAMA requirements.
• Create a full suite of IT policies, procedures, operating model and RACI matrix.
• Build and maintain a Control Catalog mapped to SAMA standards.
• Establish Governance Committee charters, dashboards and conduct gap assessments with remediation road‑maps.
• Perform SAMA readiness and cybersecurity compliance assessments.
• Complete risk assessments for information assets, maintain risk registers and treatment plans.
• Support IT teams in closing SAMA and internal audit observations.
• Produce cybersecurity compliance and IT process performance reports.
• Deliver up to 10 knowledge‑transfer sessions for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in IT GRC, risk or compliance roles.
• Strong working knowledge of the SAMA Cybersecurity Framework.
• Proven experience delivering IT governance frameworks and policy suites.
• Track record in risk assessment, risk register management and audit closure.
• Familiarity with maturity assessments based on NIST, ISO 27001 or SAMA.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Prior experience in the Saudi Arabian financial or regulated sector is highly preferred.
