Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive awareness, leads and sign‑ups. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own growth experiments and shape the company’s acquisition engine from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, defining strategy, launching campaigns and being accountable for results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive user sign‑ups through paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach and referral programs.
• Design, run and iterate rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers, scaling what works and discarding what doesn’t.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting landing pages and funnels, continuously optimizing conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear insights about performance.
