About the role

The Guest Experience Expert at The Ritz‑Carlton in Jeddah creates memorable, personalized stays for every guest. You will be the face of our luxury brand, guiding visitors through check‑in, throughout their stay, and ensuring every interaction reflects our Gold Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services that enhance the guest journey, from arrival to departure.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete daily reports.
• Share local area highlights and recommendations to enrich the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe, professional work environment by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding confidentiality.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Ensure personal appearance, uniform, and communications meet brand standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 10 lb.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality standards, and guest confidentiality.
