Guest Services Manager – Luxury Resort on Shura Island

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead the guest experience at its upcoming luxury resort on Shura Island, part of the Red Sea development in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for delivering the brand’s signature service standards in a brand‑new, environmentally‑focused destination.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all guest‑facing operations, including front desk, concierge, and guest services teams.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Four Seasons service excellence and brand standards.
• Coordinate with food & beverage, spa, recreation, and other departments to create seamless guest journeys.
• Manage guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support sustainable and responsible tourism practices embedded in the resort’s operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, high‑expectation environment.
