About the role
The Head of Application Support leads enterprise‑wide technical support services, ensuring high‑quality assistance, operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all technology environments. This senior position reports to senior leadership and shapes the support strategy for the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical support teams and daily operations.
- Establish support standards, service‑improvement initiatives and knowledge‑management practices.
- Monitor service performance, SLA compliance and drive corrective actions.
- Manage major incidents, escalations and coordinate response with infrastructure and application teams.
- Develop and optimise support processes, ensuring consistent delivery.
- Oversee vendor relationships and support contracts.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical support, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing large support organisations and driving service excellence.
