Head of Budgeting and Planning

About the role

The Head of Budgeting & Planning will lead the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning functions, providing the analytical foundation for strategic decision‑making and organisational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial planning and forecasting processes aligned with organisational objectives.
• Design reporting requirements and integrate them into the ERP system, covering segmentation, channels, products, customer base, margins, balance‑sheet metrics, KPIs and cost classification.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure budgeting and planning activities support business needs.
• Monitor financial performance, identify improvement areas and implement efficiency solutions.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints, company policies and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of budgeting and planning activities and related documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses to support strategic decisions.

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
