Head of Finance – Financial Control (KSA)

About the role

Tabby is looking for a Head of Finance – Financial Control to lead finance operations for its Saudi entity. The role will ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance and strong governance while driving the ERP migration to Oracle NetSuite.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing for KSA with a D+3 target.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS (9,15,16), SOCPA, ZATCA (CIT, Zakat, VAT, WHT, CTDF) and SAMA prudential reporting.
• Oversee treasury and liquidity management, including bank accounts, merchant settlements and payment approvals.
• Manage external audits and prepare audit‑ready financial statements.
• Design, document and strengthen internal controls across all finance processes.
• Support provisioning and Expected Credit Loss calculations under IFRS 9.
• Drive the re‑platforming to Oracle NetSuite and related system integrations.
• Prepare and submit statutory and prudential reports to SAMA and tax filings to ZATCA.
• Handle intercompany and transfer pricing compliance in coordination with Group Tax.
• Build, coach and develop a high‑performing local finance team.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Product and Operations for finance readiness of new products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• SOCPA qualification (or CPA/ACCA/CMA with SOCPA eligibility).
• 8–12+ years of experience in controllership, statutory reporting or finance leadership.
• Proven track record in managing treasury, audits and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP implementation, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
