Head of Operations – Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)

About the role

As Head of Operations for Flow in Saudi Arabia, you will steer the operational performance of a diverse portfolio that includes condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces across the Kingdom. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will ensure exceptional resident experiences, high hospitality standards, and consistent operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage General Managers and property leadership teams across the Saudi portfolio.
• Drive operational excellence in resident experience, maintenance, housekeeping, security, amenities, and hospitality services.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and service standards.
• Create scalable operational playbooks for property openings, staffing, training, maintenance, and escalation management.
• Standardize reporting structures, KPIs, operational reviews, and accountability frameworks.
• Partner with product, development, and technology teams to enhance operational tools and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular property reviews and audits to identify gaps and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in hospitality or property management.
• Proven ability to build systems, processes, and teams in fast‑scaling environments.
• Strong track record of delivering high‑quality resident and guest experiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
