AI Developer (CRM & Automation)

About the role

Aouj is a forward‑thinking real estate company in Saudi Arabia that has built a fully automated AI‑powered CRM for property management. We are looking for an AI Developer to enhance and maintain this production system, focusing on intelligent automation and chatbot interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve the AI‑driven CRM that manages end‑to‑end real‑estate workflows.
• Enhance the AI chatbot that qualifies leads, matches properties, and feeds data into the pipeline.
• Build and maintain automation flows for property listing review and auto‑publishing.
• Design and execute QA processes to test AI pipelines, data integrity, and automation reliability.
• Identify system gaps and propose intelligent solutions to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a remote, async‑first team.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in tech with a strong background in AI/ML development or intelligent automation.
• Solid understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, and AI‑driven workflows.
• Experience integrating AI with CRM systems, databases, or SaaS platforms via APIs.
• Comfortable working across the full stack from backend logic to automation pipelines.
• Excellent written English communication and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
