About the role
UnlockLand is an AI‑driven PropTech company shaping the future of real‑estate development under Saudi Vision 2030. As Regional Manager you will own the growth strategy and execution across your territory, building strategic relationships with developers, investors, consultants and government entities.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement regional growth and go‑to‑market plans, targeting priority accounts and partnership opportunities.
- Develop and nurture enterprise and government relationships, leading executive‑level conversations and long‑term collaborations.
- Generate, qualify and manage a high‑quality pipeline from outreach through signed agreements, supporting pilots, proposals and contract negotiations.
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption and measurable outcomes, ensuring expansion across teams.
- Build and coordinate a partner ecosystem with accelerators, ministries, consultancies and innovation hubs.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Leadership to align delivery, feedback and roadmap priorities.
Required profile
- 6–12+ years of experience in regional leadership, partnerships, account management or business development.
- Proven track record selling to enterprise and/or government markets.
- Strong understanding of real‑estate, PropTech, smart‑city or infrastructure projects.
- Confident communicator with executive presence and ability to manage multiple deals.
- Self‑driven, organized and comfortable building processes in fast‑paced environments.
- Passion for AI‑powered decision‑making and real‑estate innovation.
- Bonus: experience in the MENA region, Vision 2030 ecosystem or large‑scale development programs.
