Head of Partner Experience

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Partner Experience to lead the design and scaling of end‑to‑end partner journeys across a global digital ecosystem. In this senior product leadership position you will shape how supply‑side participants interact with our platform, ensuring a seamless, data‑driven, and performance‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for partner and supply‑side experience across the platform.
• Build and optimise partner‑facing tools such as dashboards, performance systems, rating mechanisms, incentive models and quality frameworks.
• Improve onboarding, engagement and retention through scalable product and operational solutions.
• Design systems for performance measurement, rankings, reputation and quality control.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities on the supply side and translate them into product roadmap initiatives.
• Leverage data and AI capabilities to enhance partner decision‑making and experience.
• Lead execution of strategic initiatives that boost marketplace efficiency and partner success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product or platform leadership within marketplace or ecosystem‑driven businesses.
• Deep understanding of supply‑side dynamics and ability to build scalable systems that improve partner performance.
• Strong background managing partner, seller or provider experiences.
• Track record of translating operational challenges into product‑driven solutions with measurable impact.
