Healthcare System Solutions Associate Manager, Hepatology

About the role

GSK Saudi Arabia is seeking a Healthcare System Solutions Associate Manager to drive hepatology care pathways across priority healthcare institutions. The role will partner with cross‑functional teams to identify system‑level barriers and co‑create solutions that ensure timely patient access and successful treatment implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Map end‑to‑end patient journeys, account workflows, stakeholder networks and laboratory testing capabilities within priority accounts.
• Identify clinical, operational, economic and patient‑experience barriers and generate actionable field insights.
• Create tailored, compliant solutions covering patient identification, referral, treatment initiation and completion.
• Lead health‑system solutions projects that improve eligible‑patient identification, linkage to care and overall patient experience.
• Support patient support programme implementation by aligning services with account workflows and reducing burden on healthcare professionals.
• Manage healthcare‑system projects end‑to‑end, including account plans, milestones, risk mitigation, progress tracking and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, PSP, Government Affairs, Supply, Legal and Compliance teams.
• Apply agile, design‑thinking and continuous‑improvement approaches to develop practical, scalable solutions.

Required profile
