Hijazi Dialect Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a native‑level Hijazi language expert to help train large‑scale AI models. As a freelance AI trainer, you will work remotely to evaluate and improve the model’s handling of Hijazi grammar, syntax, morphology, and pragmatics.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with AI models on a variety of linguistic scenarios, focusing on verb conjugation, case systems, word order, declensions, gender, and stylistic variation.
• Identify and document model failures, providing reproducible error traces.
• Suggest enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hijazi language, linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent native‑level fluency and experience).
• Extensive experience in teaching, translation, or community‑based linguistic projects.
• Strong metacognitive communication skills – ability to “show your work” clearly.
