About the role

Join Miraval The Red Sea as a Host and be the first point of contact for guests arriving at this adults‑only, all‑inclusive wellness sanctuary on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast. You will set the tone for a mindful, immersive experience by greeting guests, escorting them to their rooms, and introducing them to the resort’s holistic facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a mindful, personalized hospitality approach.
• Offer a welcome drink (Saudi coffee & dates or alternative) upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their rooms at a slow, intentional pace, highlighting key wellness spaces.
• Confirm scheduled wellness activities and guest preferences.
• Provide a soft‑spoken, knowledgeable introduction to room features and amenities.
• Handle special requests with empathy and grace, recording preferences for future personalization.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or the wellness industry.
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Passion for wellness practices such as yoga, Ayurveda, or meditation.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Poised, elegant demeanor with a presentable appearance at all times.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
