Host I - Entry Operations (Aquarabia)

About the role

Aquarabia Qiddiya City is looking for a Host I for Entry Operations. The role is a front-line position welcoming guests, managing arrival and exit processes and access control, and supporting daily operations within the Guest Operations department.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and safely, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage entry and exit processes: ticket scanning, pass validation, turnstile access control, re-entry validation, Adventure Experiences access, Aqua Fast Pass at rides, VIP groups and cabana rentals.
• Assist with guest transportation logistics, give directions to transport, parking and shuttles, and manage queues during peak times.
• Answer guest questions about hours, attractions and services, and escalate concerns when needed.
• Work with the contact center and support team, and coordinate with Security, Transportation and Guest Services.
• Maintain clean, organized entry areas and keep accurate records of visitors, incidents and equipment maintenance.
• Support emergency response at access points and perform any other duties assigned.

Required profile

• High school or diploma.
• 1-2 years' experience in Entry Operations, Access Control, Crowd Control, Guest Services or similar, preferably in a water theme park or event setting.
• Fluent Arabic and excellent English.
