About the role
Swissôtel Al Maqam, a five-star deluxe hotel in the Abraj Al Bait complex near Masjid Al Haram in Makkah, is hiring a hostess (Saudi only) for a full-time position. The role reports to the Assistant Outlet Manager and focuses on welcoming guests and supporting them with food and beverage information.
Key responsibilities
- Offer a professional and friendly greeting and provide engaging service
- Assist guests about food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Required profile
- Ability to focus on guest needs and stay calm and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
- Advanced English
Required skills
- Prior experience working with Micros or a related system
