Housekeeping Supervisor (Saudi Only)

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest service across assigned areas of the hotel. The role supervises Room Attendants and Housemen, carries out room and area inspections and coordinates with other departments to keep guests satisfied and operations running smoothly. The position is open to Saudi nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of assigned guestroom floors and public areas.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, pantries and service areas against brand standards.
• Monitor and guide Room Attendants and Housemen to keep quality and efficiency consistent.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and make sure preferences and special instructions are followed.
• Train, coach and support housekeeping staff, including health, safety and grooming standards.
• Keep linen, amenities and cleaning supplies adequately stocked.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues and room-status discrepancies.
• Enforce proper use and care of housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering on room operations and maintenance follow-ups.
• Help plan staff schedules and daily task assignments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.

• Basic Microsoft Office applications.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
