About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join its vibrant HR team. The role supports the smooth operation of the HR department, ensuring that employee experiences are positive and aligned with the company’s service ethos.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in day‑to‑day HR operations, handling enquiries and problem resolution promptly.
- Support the delivery of departmental plans and hotel initiatives, monitoring costs and inventory.
- Maintain compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements, documenting best‑practice activities.
- Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to achieve productivity and performance targets.
- Promote company culture and values through effective working relationships.
Required profile
- Experience in HR is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Creative problem‑solver who takes ownership of assigned duties.
- High personal integrity and ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
- Familiarity with IT systems across various platforms.
