About the role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding. You will act as a trusted partner to managers, ensuring HR processes are smooth and compliant.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee full‑cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
- Develop and manage new‑hire orientation, onboarding programs, and employee termination procedures.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legal requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience working in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- CIPD Certificate (preferable).
