HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding. You will act as a trusted partner to managers, ensuring HR processes are smooth and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
• Develop and manage new‑hire orientation, onboarding programs, and employee termination procedures.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience working in Human Resources.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• CIPD Certificate (preferable).
