HR Generalist – Technical Recruitment & L&D

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to lead technical recruitment, onboarding, performance management and learning initiatives for our manufacturing operations in Jeddah. The role combines strategic HR planning with hands‑on execution to support a diverse, bilingual workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions, crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates overseas and screening for fit.
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding, providing resources and training to integrate new hires smoothly.
• Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fair evaluations and advising managers on best practices.
• Design and deliver learning and development programs aligned with employee career goals.
• Manage employee relations, mediate conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate HR records, ensure compliance with labor laws and protect sensitive data.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in overseas technical recruitment within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to handle multiple HR functions in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS tools for performance management and data reporting.
