About the role

Join a dynamic manufacturing firm as an Organizational Development (OD) Specialist, where you will enhance organizational capabilities and drive a culture of continuous improvement. You will combine technical recruitment expertise with performance management to align talent strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess organizational needs, identify skill gaps and performance issues using data from performance management systems and HRIS.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies for technical manufacturing roles, ensuring effective sourcing and screening of top talent.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops that support employee development and engagement.
• Collaborate with HR and management to refine performance management systems for accountability and growth.
• Monitor learning and development initiatives, using feedback and metrics to make data‑driven adjustments.
• Prepare and present reports on recruitment outcomes, training effectiveness, and performance trends.
• Support change‑management initiatives by providing guidance and resources during transitions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities to quickly identify high‑quality candidates.
• Familiarity with performance management systems and HRIS tools.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Analytical mindset with solid reporting capabilities.
