HR Officer

About the role

The HR Officer will oversee the full spectrum of human‑resources activities for the center, ensuring compliance with Magrabi HR policies and Saudi labour law. This role supports manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, benefits, and employee relations within a fast‑moving hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor the center’s manpower plan and budget.
• Enforce recruitment, selection, induction and performance‑appraisal policies.
• Collect and analyse training needs in coordination with department heads.
• Manage payroll processing and maintain communication with the Finance department.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, exit interviews and analyse results.
• Ensure timely issuance and renewal of licenses, Iqamas and work permits.
• Interpret HR policies, advise managers on personnel issues and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and HR KPI reports (Saudization, turnover, retention, absenteeism).
• Participate in center committees, act as liaison between staff and management, and resolve disputes.
• Guarantee compliance with Saudi Arabian Labour Law and related government requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• 1–3 years of experience in human resources.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient computer skills.
