HR Recruiter - Construction Industry

About the role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with a strong focus on the construction sector to join our team on a full‑time basis. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring that the right talent is attracted, assessed and hired for a variety of construction‑related positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for construction roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines.
• Conduct interviews and perform candidate assessments to evaluate fit and competence.
• Develop clear and compelling job descriptions and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilise applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet strict recruitment deadlines.
