Human Resources Assistant

About the role

The Human Resources Assistant will provide essential support to the Regional HR Manager and the wider HR team. This role ensures that employee records are accurate, confidential, and up‑to‑date while assisting with day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with strict confidentiality.
• Administer the HR system for leave tracking and payroll processing.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding activities.
• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Liaise with government authorities on employee‑related matters.
• Coordinate with partners on Saudi labour laws and regulations.
• Provide general support to the Regional HR Manager on various HR topics and coordination tasks.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external authorities.
• Familiarity with Saudi labour legislation is a plus.
• Organised and able to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
