Human Resources Director

About the role

The Human Resources Director partners with business leaders to design and execute people strategies that align with organisational goals. This senior role oversees the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to employee relations, and leverages HR analytics to support data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, develop employer branding and maintain talent pipelines.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews and development planning.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, conduct salary benchmarking and ensure compliance.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions and ensure labour law compliance.
• Lead organisational development and change‑management initiatives to improve engagement and productivity.
• Identify capability gaps, design learning programmes and evaluate training outcomes.
• Utilise HRIS platforms (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and create HR dashboards using Power BI.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies and governance frameworks.
