Human Resources Manager

About the role

LePure is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at its Jeddah office. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, shaping people strategy, overseeing operations, talent acquisition, organizational development, and culture initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with LePure’s vision and business objectives.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration to attract and retain talent.
• Maintain employee records, HR systems, and handle employee relations with professionalism.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for creative, operational, and manpower roles.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs that embed new hires into LePure’s culture.
• Manage performance management cycles, setting KPIs and facilitating evaluations.
• Drive initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative organizational culture.
• Coordinate employee engagement, wellness, and recognition programs.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development activities.
• Support change‑management and organizational‑design projects to improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR manager or business partner roles.
• Comprehensive experience across HR operations, recruitment, OD, and culture management.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
