About the role
We are seeking a highly responsible and organized HR Specialist to support and execute core HR operations efficiently. The role contributes to building a professional work environment that enhances employee experience and aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, contracts, leave management, attendance, and payroll‑related processes.
- Execute recruitment processes from job posting and CV screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring data and documentation are continuously updated and accurately organized.
- Support the implementation of internal HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor law and approved regulations.
- Prepare HR‑related letters, reports, and periodic updates for management.
- Assist initiatives aimed at improving the work environment, employee experience, and organizational engagement.
- Coordinate with different departments to fulfill staffing and operational requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in Human Resources.
- Good understanding of Saudi labor law and modern HR practices.
- Experience in recruitment, personnel affairs, and day‑to‑day HR operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills with a professional approach.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HR information systems.
