About the role
We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Specialist to support and manage key HR functions in our Riyadh office, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and delivering excellent employee services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave, and attendance.
- Process HR transactions through Qiwa, Mudad, and GOSI.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and employee‑relations matters.
- Draft HR letters, contracts, and policy documents.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional certification such as SHRM‑CP or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and HR systems.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience; healthcare sector experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with Saudi government platforms Qiwa, Mudad and GOSI.
