About the role
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to oversee core HR operations and provide comprehensive employee services. The role serves as a primary point of contact for staff and assists managers with day‑to‑day HR activities, ensuring smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure HR policies are applied consistently and support a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily HR functions and employee lifecycle activities, including record keeping and compliance.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries and requests.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
- Facilitate onboarding of new hires and coordinate off‑boarding procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience performing HR functions.
- Strong command of the English language.
