Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day HR operations at Andalus Gate Holding’s Riyadh office. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures a compliant, positive workplace while supporting recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise core HR processes including recruitment support, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and coach managers on HR policies.
• Assist with performance management activities such as goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
• Coordinate training initiatives and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
• Partner with leadership to implement HR programs aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote an inclusive and fair culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR and HR management, handling core functions.
• Strong employee‑relations skills, including conflict resolution and coaching.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Experience in fast‑paced sectors, preferably food & beverage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and knowledge of local regulations are preferred.
