Identity and Access Management L2/L3 Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our cybersecurity team. The role focuses on configuring, administering, and optimizing a suite of IAM solutions while providing advanced support to L1 and L2 teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and optimize Sailpoint IAM, IBM SSO, BeyondTrust PAM, VMware MDM, and Safenet MFA solutions.
• Handle escalated incidents from L1/L2 teams, ensuring rapid resolution.
• Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and regular health monitoring.
• Conduct risk analyses on access requests and enforce change‑management procedures.
• Manage service handovers, knowledge‑transfer sessions, and disaster‑recovery drills.
• Identify and remove unused features, tune performance, and execute regular clean‑ups.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in IAM, SSO, PAM, MDM, or MFA.
• Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor‑specific credentials.
