About the role

We are seeking qualified professionals to join the Information Technology Department of a confidential government entity in Saudi Arabia. The role involves supporting and enhancing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring service continuity, and complying with security regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assigned technical tasks in line with approved policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support to maintain uninterrupted IT services.
• Participate in the development, operation, and maintenance of information systems.
• Prepare technical reports and official documentation as required.
• Adhere to information security, data confidentiality, and cybersecurity regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience appropriate to the specific job title.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity standards.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow official regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
