About the role

Saudi German Hospitals Group is looking for an experienced Inpatient Manager to lead the daily operations of the inpatient department at its Dammam facility. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and healthcare standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily inpatient department operations.
• Ensure smooth patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Coordinate with nursing, medical, and support teams to deliver efficient patient care.
• Monitor inpatient occupancy, patient flow, and bed management activities.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Address patient concerns and support satisfaction initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and performance updates.
• Support continuous‑improvement and efficiency projects.
• Supervise and guide inpatient staff to promote high performance and teamwork.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to enhance inpatient services and patient experience.

Required profile
