Installation Quality Specialist – Fitness & Wellness Solutions

About the role

Foreground is seeking an Installation Quality Specialist to safeguard brand reputation by ensuring consistent installation standards across logistics and after‑sales partners in the fitness, sport and wellness sector. The role focuses on driving quality, compliance and customer satisfaction throughout the installation network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full installation capability coverage through structured training, e‑learning certifications and on‑the‑job coaching for third‑party logistics partners and after‑sales technicians.
• Drive consistent implementation of delivery and installation guidelines and technical protocols across the network.
• Monitor customer and market feedback (NPS, snagging, field failures) to identify process weaknesses.
• Conduct regular quality audits on completed installations and verify compliance with technical specifications.
• Ensure correct use of installation documentation and reporting tools.
• Audit installations requiring fixing and confirm correct execution.
• Verify logistics partners’ compliance with HSE standards, certifications and contractual obligations.
• Manage the snagging process, including root‑cause analysis, corrective actions and follow‑up.
• Control cost allocation linked to installation failures and corrective interventions.
• Prepare and present regular quality and performance reports to local management and global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of experience in quality assurance, installation management or related logistics functions.
• Proactive, disciplined and digitally minded with a genuine passion for fitness and wellbeing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
