Instructor - Adventure

About the role

The Instructor – Adventure delivers safe, engaging, and memorable land‑based adventure experiences across the Red Sea destination. Working under the guidance of the Senior Instructor – Adventure and Adventure Management, the role ensures exceptional guest service, operational readiness, and strict compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guided adventure activities such as hiking, trekking, mountain biking, climbing, archery, high ropes, and quad biking in line with RSSE procedures.
• Conduct thorough safety briefings and equipment demonstrations before each activity.
• Supervise guests throughout the experience, monitoring their safety, comfort, and enjoyment.
• Assess guest capabilities and adjust activities as needed to maintain safety and quality.
• Monitor weather, terrain, and environmental conditions before and during activities.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of venues, equipment, vehicles, and activity locations.
• Promote environmental awareness and responsible recreation, applying Leave No Trace principles.

Required profile

• Willingness to work under the guidance of senior adventure staff.
• Commitment to guest safety, comfort, and environmental stewardship.
• Physical fitness and ability to operate a variety of outdoor adventure equipment.
