Internal Audit Manager

About the role

The Internal Audit Manager will lead operational and functional audit activities, working closely with the Head of Internal Audit to ensure the organisation meets its strategic objectives while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify financial, operational and compliance risks.
• Develop and implement control activities and monitoring processes to mitigate identified risks.
• Ensure accurate information flow and communication of policies across all levels of the organisation.
• Oversee regular internal and external audits, track findings, and drive continuous improvement of control systems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards, and ensure organisational compliance.
• Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant audit or risk management experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess likelihood and impact of risks.
• Excellent communication skills for clear dissemination of policies and audit results.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
