Warehouse Keeper – Manage Materials & Inventory

About the role

The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities related to receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling construction materials, tools, and equipment. The role ensures accurate inventory management through the SAP system while maintaining compliance with company procedures and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive materials physically and in SAP against approved purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Verify quantities, specifications, and condition of received items.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes and complete SAP transactions accurately.
• Store materials according to warehouse standards and material classifications.
• Issue materials based on approved material requests through SAP.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement on shortages or urgent needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and support periodic stock counts and audits.
• Track damaged, slow‑moving, and obsolete items and report to management.
• Ensure proper labeling, coding, and arrangement of materials.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and HSE compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or storekeeping operations, preferably in construction or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and SAP is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
