International Logistics Officer

About the role

We are looking for an International Logistics Officer to manage and coordinate our import and export operations across borders. The role ensures smooth shipment flow, compliance with trade regulations, and timely delivery for our global supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international import and export shipments, monitoring timelines and performance.
• Prepare, review, and manage all required shipping documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure seamless clearance.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Track shipment status and proactively resolve any delays or issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in international logistics, import/export, or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
