Investment Manager – Gaming Conference (Riyadh)

About the role

The Investment Manager will lead the investor and deal‑making programme for a flagship gaming conference in Riyadh, while also supporting investor activities across a portfolio of large‑scale B2B events. The role is based in Riyadh on a hybrid schedule, reporting to the global capital formation team.

Key responsibilities

• Design investment programmes and deal‑making formats that attract international gaming VCs, publishers, sovereign funds and angel networks.
• Build and own the gaming investor pipeline from scratch, conducting targeted outreach and vetting applications.
• Develop and deliver investor‑focused content such as reverse pitches, hosted buyer programmes, roundtables and live deal showcases.
• Own the end‑to‑end investor experience, including lounge design, curated sessions, concierge meetings and exclusive programming.
• Manage matchmaking, communications, logistics and on‑site facilitation to ensure high‑quality matches and measurable outcomes.
• Track and report on programme metrics: deals initiated, capital committed, follow‑up meetings and investor NPS.
• Support investor programmes across other events, maintaining accurate investor records and nurturing relationships year‑round.
• Contribute new ideas for value‑driven investor features and develop concept notes for future editions.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in investor relations, venture capital or related investment programmes.
• Proven ability to design and execute investor‑centric events for the gaming or technology sector.
• Strong network building skills with VCs, sovereign funds, corporate venture arms and angel groups.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Based in Riyadh and able to work on a hybrid schedule.
