Investment Partnership & Development Head

About the role

The Investment Partnership & Development Head will lead JTC’s business development agenda, driving the origination, structuring and commercialization of strategic investments, partnerships and public‑private partnership (PPP) opportunities. This senior position is responsible for market expansion, partnership strategy, deal execution and value realization across the full opportunity lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a Business Development strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify, originate and prioritize strategic investment, business and PPP opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline to support long‑term growth.
• Lead market, sector and competitive intelligence to shape growth initiatives.
• Establish and manage relationships with government, semi‑government and private stakeholders.
• Structure, negotiate and close PPPs, joint ventures and major commercial agreements.
• Oversee development of business models, revenue structures and pricing strategies.
• Monitor commercial performance, SLAs, KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.
• Provide financial modeling, investment analysis and commercial due diligence support.
• Collaborate with planning, technical, operations, finance and legal teams throughout the deal lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business development, investment or partnership roles.
• Strong track record of leading complex PPPs, joint ventures or strategic alliances.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders across public and private sectors.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
