IT Analyst – Site Support Engineer

About the role

The IT Analyst will provide on‑site IT support to associates at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics’ Bangalore IDC sites. The role covers hardware, software, network, and application support, as well as participation in infrastructure projects and vendor management.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain PC hardware, Microsoft operating systems and software.
• Provide support for the O365 platform, including SharePoint, OneDrive and Power BI.
• Deliver phone, email/instant‑messaging and hands‑on assistance to users and, when required, to other sites.
• Log incidents and requests in ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printer, telephony and peripheral issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams and external contractors to install and configure servers and network equipment.
• Maintain asset inventory for computers, infrastructure equipment and communication lines.
• Manage vendor relationships and assist with IT budgeting and procurement.

Required profile

• Experience providing desktop and infrastructure support in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and vendor contract management.
