IT Infrastructure Engineer / Senior IT Infrastructure Professional

About the role

JSK Group is seeking a highly qualified IT Infrastructure Engineer / Senior IT Infrastructure Professional to lead the complete technology setup for the Lumera International Residence Hotel. The role combines project management, system integration and hands‑on technical delivery to ensure the hotel is fully operational before opening.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install and commission the full hotel IT infrastructure, including core network, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, fiber, structured cabling and internet connectivity.
• Deploy server rooms, racks, UPS and power‑redundancy solutions with high‑availability architecture.
• Implement and support hospitality applications such as PMS, POS, ERP, HR & Payroll, CRM and booking systems, ensuring seamless integration.
• Deliver guest‑facing technologies: Wi‑Fi, smart‑room control, IPTV, digital signage, mobile check‑in and mobile app integration.
• Manage ELV and security systems including CCTV, VMS, access control, biometric systems, IP PBX, public address, video intercom, BMS and fire‑alarm integration.
• Enforce cybersecurity policies, configure firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection and conduct vulnerability assessments.
• Oversee data‑center operations, virtualization, storage, backup, disaster recovery and server health monitoring.
• Provide L1‑L3 support, create SOPs, maintain asset inventory and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate vendors, consultants and contractors, monitor project timelines and lead UAT, testing and go‑live readiness.
• Train hotel staff, produce user manuals and ensure Day‑1 operational readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in large‑scale IT infrastructure projects, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong project‑management background with international exposure, especially in the Gulf region.
• Ability to work onsite and lead cross‑functional teams through pre‑opening phases.
