IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Specialist provides administrative support to the IT team, ensuring smooth departmental operations. The role combines daily office management with IT‑specific administrative tasks, requiring strong organization and confidentiality handling.

Key responsibilities

• Create and coordinate master data, generate purchase requisitions (PRs), track approvals, place orders, and oversee delivery of goods and services.
• Document services and perform GRN booking in SAP until the items are available in Accounts Payable.
• Verify SAP bookings and vendor invoices after approval.
• Track annual maintenance contract (AMC) renewals efficiently.
• Assist in planning and organizing IT‑related events such as trainings, workshops, and team‑building activities.
• Respond to emails and resolve end‑user issues.
• Manage and maintain the board meeting room, including connections and devices.
• Support relationships with IT vendors and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in system administration, support, or a comparable role.

Required skills

• L1 and L2 technical support for Outlook, Exchange, Microsoft Teams and printers.
• Management of Active Directory, DNS, file sharing, Azure AD and Exchange Admin Center.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP procurement modules (PR creation, SES creation, material requests, etc.).
• Ability to maintain and manage a board meeting room setup.
