IT Operations Specialist

About the role

The IT Operations Specialist works in a lean technology environment, ensuring the smooth administration, support, maintenance, and operation of our technology infrastructure, systems, and services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, virtual machines, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and backup systems.
• Manage Windows Server services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group Policy, and identity management.
• Provide technical support for end‑user devices, software applications, and connectivity issues.
• Handle endpoint device management, user accounts, permissions, and meeting‑room technologies.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, user provisioning, and equipment allocation.
• Maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless networks, and Cisco Unified Communications.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity problems and keep infrastructure documentation up to date.
• Coordinate server‑room operations and work with vendors for maintenance, deployments, and escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, Infrastructure or Network Administration.
• Proficiency in English.
