IT PMO – Non-Medical Projects (KSA)

About the role

The IT PMO – Non-Medical leads and coordinates IT projects that support hospital functions such as finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, facilities, maintenance and biomedical services. Reporting to the CIO, the role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with the organization’s digital transformation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the full lifecycle of IT projects for hospital support departments.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, dashboards and risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Facilities, Biomedical, Maintenance and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with PMO governance, methodologies and reporting standards.
• Produce regular status reports for IT leadership and support users during deployment, training and change‑management phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or PMI certification highly desirable.
• 7‑10 years of IT project management experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare group.
• Proven experience managing projects in finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, facilities, maintenance or biomedical domains.
