IT Project Manager

About the role

Eunoia Tech Consultancy is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a large‑scale digital transformation across Bahrain and Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role will act as Eunoia’s primary representative, coordinating between the client, technology partner and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end‑to‑end IT project implementation, managing scope, schedule, resources and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities between Eunoia, the client and the technology partner, including requirements gathering, development, testing, UAT, deployment and go‑live.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, issues and corrective actions, and report status to senior management.
• Review and track the technology partner’s performance, SLA compliance and service quality.
• Maintain project documentation, governance artefacts, action, issue and decision trackers.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, training and hand‑over activities.
• Escalate major technical, commercial or contractual issues as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in IT project management.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale software implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Experience handling technology vendors, system integrators or implementation partners.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and senior client engagement skills.
