IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects for our client base in Khobar. This role requires strong coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and lead end‑to‑end IT project management processes, including schedule and budget monitoring.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality control throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate Stage Gate meetings to review deliverables before each SDLC transition.
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and presentation decks to senior management and clients.
• Manage multiple client relationships, balancing competing project needs and fast‑paced timelines.
• Drive lessons‑learned activities after each software release and mentor team members on best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project‑management experience and 7 years of overall IT experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with business and technology leaders.
• High level of professionalism, patience, and maturity.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of project‑management methodologies such as SDLC, PMBOK, Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tools.
